In addition, Eigenhuis Keukens has developed an alternative layout with a cooking island. This option is available at an additional cost compared to the value of the kitchen voucher. In the Eigenhuis Keukens showroom, you can discuss with an advisor whether this layout is feasible for your specific apartment and whether it suits your personal preferences.

The purcahse price is 'vrij op naam' (v.o.n.) which include notary fees for the deed of transfer and the deed of division, as well as taxes taxes such as VAT tax or transfer tax.

No, there are no rental properties in this apartment building, all apartments are for sale.

Yes. The apartments are issued under perpetual ground lease from the City of Amsterdam subject to the General Provisions of 2016. At the time of purchase, you have the choice of paying an annual indexed ground rent (canon) pay. The estimated amount is approximately € 1,680, - per year. Alternatively, you can purchase the apartment on a perpetual buy-off ground lease. The City of Amsterdam will charge an additional interest fee on th buy-off sum. We recommend consulting your financial advisor for detailed information regarding these options.

Yes, an owner-occupancy requirement applies to the apartments for sale. This requirement has been established by the City of Amsterdam for all new build owner-occupied apartments. The apartments may only be occupied by the owner. However, renting the property to a first-degree relative (e.g., a child) is permitted! Sale starts on Saturday, March 7th, at 1:00 p.m. From that day onwards, you can complete the detailed registration on the EASE website. On the form you will enter your personal details and indicate your preffered unit numbers in order of preference.
We also ask you to upload your financial statement/financial check. After the registration deadline, apartments will be allocated based on your submitted preferences. Please nota that priority will be given to applicants who have included a positive financial check/financing statement with their registration.

This is a written statement/letter from a bank or mortgage advisor, specifying the financing amount available to you, taking the ground lease (erfpacht) into account.
