A kitchen voucher of €5,130 (including VAT) is included in the purchase price of the apartment. This voucher can be used exclusively at Eigenhuis Keukens. In addition, Eigenhuis Keukens has developed an alternative layout with a cooking island. This option is available at an additional cost compared to the value of the kitchen voucher. In the Eigenhuis Keukens showroom, you can discuss with an advisor whether this layout is feasible for your specific apartment and whether it suits your personal preferences.

The delivery and installation of the kitchen will take place after completion of the home.

No, there will be no rental housing in this apartment building.

Yes. The apartments are issued under perpetual ground lease from the City of Amsterdam under the General Provisions 2016. When purchasing, you have the choice to buy with an annual indexed ground rent payable. The guideline amount is approximately € 1,680, - per year. You can also buy the apartment based on perpetual bought-off ground lease. If you choose to commute the ground rent, the City of Amsterdam will charge you an additional interest fee on the commuted amount. Your financial advisor can give you more information about this.

Yes, there is a self occupancy requirement for the owner-occupied apartments. This self-occupancy obligation has been imposed by the City of Amsterdam for newly built owner-occupied apartments. The apartments may only be occupied by the owner. However, renting to a first-degree family member, such as children is possible! The start sale begins on Saturday, March 7, at 1 p.m. From that date you can fill out the extended registration form on the EASE site. On the registration form you fill in your personal data. In addition, indicate your preferences for the building numbers, in order of your preference.
We also ask you to upload your financing statement/financial check. After the application deadline, apartments will be assigned based on the preferences chosen, with priority given to applicants who have attached a positive financial check/financing statement to their application.

This is a written statement/letter from a bank or mortgage broker, stating the amount of financing possible with this new construction project and taking into account ground lease.
