How to Buy

The sale of the apartments will begin in early March. Invitations will be sent out via newsletters during February. We would like to take you through the EASE sales process step by step, so that you know exactly what to expect and can prepare yourself well. Watch the video below step 1.

1) Select your home

Our property finder will be accessible as soon the sales phase begins. Use it to explore the different apartment options and floor plans. It is the ideal moment to see which apartments meet your requirements and where they are situated in the building. If you haven't registered an account yet, you can do so now. Click here for creating an account.

2) Registration & sales event

When sales officially launch, you can register for your preffered apartments via the property finder on this website. A closing date for registration will be announced; any applicaitons received after this deadline will be placed on the waiting list. We'd also love to welcome you to our sales event! Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended if you have questions or would like more details about the apartments, the project, or the sales procedure.

3) Financing statement

In addition to selecting your preffered construction numbers , it is essential, both for you and for us, to determine if financing the appartment is feasible. During the registration period in March, you wil be asked to upload a financial statement with your applicaiton form.A financial statement confirms the maximum mortgage you can obtain for a home purchase based on your personal situation. You can request this statement from Rabobank (read here more about it). But you can also obtain this statement form another bank or through your mortgage advisor. In most cases, a financing statement can be prepared for you within a few days. This will give you certainty about whether you can finance an apartment in EASE. Including positive financial check with your registration also gives you priority during the sales process. Therefore, we recommend arranging your financial check in advance through your bank or mortgage advisor.

4) Assignment & follow-up steps

Approximately one week after the sales launch and registration deadline, the apartment allocation will take place. Allocation is based on your submitted preferences. Please note that priority will be given to applicants who have included a positive financial check or mortgage statement with their registration. If an apartment is allocated to you, the real estate agent will contact you personally to invite you for a meeting to discuss the next steps.
