How do you become a priority candidate?

Want a better chance of getting your dream home? Candidates with a financial check are given priority in the allocation process. So arrange your check on time and increase your chances. EASE will gladly help you on your way.

Apartments start selling in early March

The time has come in early March, when the sale of the 125 newly built apartments of EASE Amsterdam will start with a price of approximately € 349,000 v.o.n. excl. leasehold.

The communal roof garden

The apartment building will have a green roof garden freely accessible to all residents. The terrace invites residents to stay and meet, with views of both the urban and park-like surroundings of EASE.
